The program is free and a light breakfast and lunch are provided each day. Transportation & lodging costs are the responsibility of the guests.
Who can attend?
All family and loved ones of the client that we have written permission to contact can be invited to attend our program. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to request an invitation if you have not received one. State the name of the client, and the name, address, phone number, e-mail address and relationship of the suggested guest. If consent is obtained and verified then you will be invited.
I can only attend for part of the program. Can I still attend?
While each day covers different material and we strongly recommend that you attend all three days of the program, we understand that sometimes other obligations make this impossible and you are welcome to attend for one or two days.
When will I be able to spend time with the client?
The client will join the program for lunch and the afternoon on day 3. Depending on the client’s level of care and progress, they may be able to spend additional time when their daily programming concludes.
